On the 10th of June 2005, the Montpellier (France) based company Semco Engineering took over Qualiflow and the Jipelec division.
SEMCO Engineering provides smart solutions to the hot wafer processing for the Semiconductor and Photovoltaic industries: process expertise, process control, horizontal and vertical furnaces, automation, E-chucks, and more.
The new division of Semco Engineering now called Qualiflow Therm is still offering both the Qualiflow product line including MFCs, valves, gas and vaporization systems and the Jipelec Rapid Thermal Processing systems.
Nicolas Vanoise is handling the Jipelec RTP sales.
Semco Engineering will invest time and money on every current and new applications for Qualiflow Therm products.
