Montpellier, January 27th, 2005.

QUALIFLOW Therm (ISIN code FR0004157592), a company specialising in the design, development, production and marketing of ultra-purity fluid flowcontrol and evaporation solutions, today announced the signature of the distribution contract with the Montpellier based company SEMCO Engineering.

With such an agreement, SEMCO Engineering will now be distributing worldwide the RTP systems from JIPELEC (a division of QUALIFLOW Therm) on a non exclusive base. This significantly strenghten the existing sales network of QUALIFLOW Therm.
This agreement is part of the marketing strategy of QUALIFLOW Therm willing to strenghten the sales network as well as inscrease the quality of the technical support. Besides, the existing customers of QUALIFLOW could from now on benefit from the logistics support from Semco Engineering. To this end the technical staff within Semco Engineering will be trained on QUALIFLOW products.
